Grant H. Morring, President

About 30 years ago Grant started as an iron workers laborer. From digging ditches by day and educating himself at night he promised someday he would be a notable figure in the construction industry.  Grant's reputation for exceptional work and service offered all the opportunities ever needed to excel. He has worked for two TOP 50 Engineering News Record contractors. He's managed commercial, restaurant, retail commercial, mid rise and institutional projects ranging from $2.5-27 million each. Since the 2008 recession and corporate downsizing his frustration for employment and unscrupulous practices of other builders afforded him a unique opportunity. The creation of his new company- BCM Morring Company, Inc. This new formation has given him the ability to be resilient in a failing economic atmosphere and the desire to prove client commitment, project responsibility and honesty are still a reality in this industry. Grant’s desire is to build better, safer and  morally accountable relationships is apparent in every project and relationship today.

Aaron Stonebrook, CFO

Aaron Stonebrook holds a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering for the University of Louisville and Associate Degrees in Accounting and Business Administration from Sierra College. He has joined BCM Morring Company, Inc. in 2015 and currently holds a dual position of CFO and Business Administartor, responsible for leading the development and execution of the companies short and long term strategy, drive the company's financial planning, ensure cash flow is appropriate for operations, manage vendor relationships and prepare reliable current and forecasting reports. In addition, Aaron oversees business administration roles of mediating staff issues, interviewing and hiring staff, oversee organization's financial and budgetary activities, analyze financial statements and other performance indicators.

Aaron brings with him 16 years of experience in engineering, construction and project management. His leadership, technical background and aptitude for achieving customers deliverables act as a prominent resource for our clients to ensure that their goals of completing a construction project are successfully met. Paired together with his character, values and faith, have made Aaron an exceptional addition to the BCM family.
